Inclusion Criteria
A consenting pregnant women of gestational age 37 weeks 0day to 38 weeks 6days
with scheduled cesarean section
Exclusion Criteria
Patient with contraindication of Dexamethasone and Betamethasone
Non-reassuring fetal status
Any associated medical conditions like Septicemia, Maternal diabetes, Chronic
hypertension, Chronic renal diseases, Liver diseases.
