- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1) To calculate IVCCI and IVC:AO index in patients undergoing neurosurgery.

2) To correlate IVCCI for predicting post-propofol induction hypotension.

3) To correlate IVC:AO index for predicting post-propofol induction hypotension.

Timepoint: 1) Measurement of preoperative IVCCI and IVC:AO indices.

2) Measurement of hemodynamic parameters to correlate with post-propofol induction hypotension.

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1)To compare the predictive values of both IVCCI and IVC:AO index.

2)To find success rate for Ultrasound evaluation of IVC and aorta.

Timepoint: 1) Measurement of preoperative IVCCI and IVC:AO indices.

2) Ultrasound duration for measuring IVC and Aorta diameters preoperatively.

3) Measurement of hemodynamic parameters to correlate with post-propofol induction hypotension.
