Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status one and two
  • •BMI more than equal to 20 to less than equal to 30kg/m2
  • •Patients scheduled for neck and shaft of femur fracture surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patientâ??s inability to understand VAS
  • •Patients scheduled for multiple fracture surgeries
  • •Patients with coagulopathy and bleeding disorders
  • •Pre\-existing peripheral neuropathy
  • •Patients on regular chronic pain management drugs for the last three months
  • •Pregnant and lactating women
  • •Contraindications to study drugs Paracetamol diclofenac dexamethasone dexmedetomidine and bupivacaine
