Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status one and two
  • BMI more than equal to 20 to less than equal to 30kg/m2
  • Patients scheduled for neck and shaft of femur fracture surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patientâ??s inability to understand VAS
  • Patients scheduled for multiple fracture surgeries
  • Patients with coagulopathy and bleeding disorders
  • Pre\-existing peripheral neuropathy
  • Patients on regular chronic pain management drugs for the last three months
  • Pregnant and lactating women
  • Contraindications to study drugs Paracetamol diclofenac dexamethasone dexmedetomidine and bupivacaine
