Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • late preterm and term inborn (more than or equal to 34 weeks of gestation) neonates who have the indication of chest compressions during resuscitation in delivery room i.e., after 30 seconds of effective positive pressure ventilation (by bag and mask), if
  • heart rate is \<60 beats/minute chest compressions are indicated

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Those already intubated to provide effective positive pressure ventilation as alternate airway part of MRSOPA.
  • 2\. Those with still birth (no sign of life ever after delivery)
  • 3\. Those with gross congenital anomalies like congenital diaphragmatic hernia, cleft lip and palate, difficult airway, antenatally diagnosed gastrointestinal and cardiac malformations.
