Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Aged 18\-75 years;
- •2\. Meet the diagnostic criteria for AP;
- •3\. Admitted to the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine within 72 hours from the onset.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pregnant or lactating women;
- •2\. severe organ dysfunction;
- •3\. HAPS score \> 2;
- •4\. Combined with any malignant tumor or history of chemoradiotherapy within 6 months;
- •5\. perforation or bleeding of digestive tract, or intestinal obstruction, etc. which is not suitable for CQCQD administration orally or by enema;
- •6\. acute attack of chronic pancreatitis;
- •7\. any tumor of duodenal, billiary, pancreatic system;
- •8\. history of pancreatectomy;
- •9\. iatrogenic pancreatitis or being received other treatment which potentially interferes the study.
