Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Aged 18\-75 years;
  • •2\. Meet the diagnostic criteria for AP;
  • •3\. Admitted to the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine within 72 hours from the onset.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Pregnant or lactating women;
  • •2\. severe organ dysfunction;
  • •3\. HAPS score \> 2;
  • •4\. Combined with any malignant tumor or history of chemoradiotherapy within 6 months;
  • •5\. perforation or bleeding of digestive tract, or intestinal obstruction, etc. which is not suitable for CQCQD administration orally or by enema;
  • •6\. acute attack of chronic pancreatitis;
  • •7\. any tumor of duodenal, billiary, pancreatic system;
  • •8\. history of pancreatectomy;
  • •9\. iatrogenic pancreatitis or being received other treatment which potentially interferes the study.
