Inclusion Criteria
American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status one and two
BMI more than equal to 20 to less than equal to 30kg/m2
Patients scheduled for neck and shaft of femur fracture surgery
Exclusion Criteria
Patientâ??s inability to understand VAS
Patients scheduled for multiple fracture surgeries
Patients with coagulopathy and bleeding disorders
Pre-existing peripheral neuropathy
Patients on regular chronic pain management drugs for the last three months
Pregnant and lactating women
Contraindications to study drugs Paracetamol diclofenac dexamethasone dexmedetomidine and bupivacaine
