Inclusion Criteria
1. Paediatric patients age 1 â?? 10 years undergoing elective ophthalmic procedures under general anaesthesia
2. ASA 1
Exclusion Criteria
a) Child with active or recent upper respiratory tract infection ( 2weeks)
b) ASA 2, 3 and 4
c) CNS disorder
d) Mentally retarded
e) Syndromic association,
f) Difficult airway,
g) Difficult intravenous access
