1.Pediatric cardiac surgical patients aged less than 6 years with Congenital heart disease.
2.Pediatric surgical patients aged less than 6 years without Congenital heart disease
Neonates, Emergency surgery,redo surgery,Patient in shock,sepsis or DIC, Patient in congestive heart failure, Renal dysfunction,severe liver disease,Condition affecting basal metabolic rate i.e, febrile illness,hypothyroidism,hyperthyroidism,pheochromocytoma, Patient on mechanical ventilation,Patient with ventricular dysfunction,Patient with valvular and obstructive lesions,Patient with increased Intra cranial tension and increased intra occular tension
