Inclusion Criteria
1 ASA grade I II III
2 Age 1 to 12 years
3 Either gender
4 Weight 7 to 25kg
5 Surgical procedures under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1 ASA grade IV and V
2 Age <1 year and >12 years
3 Weight <7 & >25kg
4 Children having recent URTI any drug allergy
5 Anticipated difficult airway restricted mouth opening
6. History ofo regurgitation pathology of oropharynx neck & upper GIT
7 Children having Neuromuscular disorder and neurological symptoms
