1. Patients of either sex aged between 18 to 50 year.
2. Patient is willing and able to participate in the study.
3. Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of Dry eye Disease and lakshana of Shushkakshipaka as Dryness of eyes ( Rukshata), Pricking/Tearing pain ( Toda / Bheda), Burning sensation (Daha),Blurring of vision (Avildarshana)
4. Patients having mild dryness( 14 -10mm of Schirmer Test) & moderate dryness ( 10- 6 mm of Schirmer Test )
1. Age group less than 18 years and more than 50 years.
2. Patient is not willing for participate in this study.
3. Allergic and inflammatory conditions of eye Ex. Acute conjunctivitis, Vernal keratoconjunctivitis, giant papillary conjunctivitis etc.
4. Patients having severe dryness in eyes.(This is less than & equal to 5 mm Schirmer Test)
5. Severe cases of dry eye disease with complications like corneal ulcer, Uveitis, Glaucoma etc.
6. Dry eye associated with Sjogrens Syndrome
