Patients will be included in the study if they fulfill the following criteria:
• Age of 19 years and older
• able to provide written informed consent
• patient with 20-50 mm sized superficial colorectal neoplasias scheduled endoscopic submucosal dissection
Patients will be excluded in the study if they fulfill the following criteria:
• Age of <19 years
• inable to provide written informed consent
• patient with suspected deep invasive neoplasias, previously incomplete resection neoplasias, subepithelial lesion, protruded neoplasias, pedunculated neoplasias
• located on ano-rectal juction, IC valve, appendicile orifice superficial colorectal neoplasias
• inflammatory bowel disease patients, uninterrupted antithrombotic therapy patients, coagulopathy patients

Name Time Method procedure time (measured as the time from the submucosal injection to complete removal of the superficial colorectal neoplasia based on endoscopic assessment)

Name Time Method dissection speed (mm2/min), which was defined as the calculated ratio of the resected specimen area (mm2) divided by the procedure time (minutes). ;R0 resection;intra-procedural and post-procedural adverse effect(delayed bleeding, immediate perforation, delayed perforation)
