Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients will be included in the study if they fulfill the following criteria:
- •Age of 19 years and older
- •able to provide written informed consent
- •patient with 20-50 mm sized superficial colorectal neoplasias scheduled endoscopic submucosal dissection
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients will be excluded in the study if they fulfill the following criteria:
- •Age of <19 years
- •inable to provide written informed consent
- •patient with suspected deep invasive neoplasias, previously incomplete resection neoplasias, subepithelial lesion, protruded neoplasias, pedunculated neoplasias
- •located on ano-rectal juction, IC valve, appendicile orifice superficial colorectal neoplasias
- •inflammatory bowel disease patients, uninterrupted antithrombotic therapy patients, coagulopathy patients
