Brief Summary

This study is randomised double blind  and study the effect of intraoperative ketamine versus magnesium sulphates on post surgical pain on ongoing modified medical mastectomy  which conducted in India  the primary outcome will be the  chronic post surgical pain at 6 month time to give first rescue analgesia and number of dose  and likerts scale n effect of chronic pain on quality not life euroQol 5 d and sample size is 74

Inclusion Criteria

Age: 18-65 years Sex : Female ASA physical status: I-II Scheduled for elective modified radical mastectomy.

Exclusion Criteria

Patient Refusal Morbid Obesity History of Psychological Problems Pregnancy or Breastfeeding Known case of Neuropathic disease Patients on Chronic pain medications Any known contraindication to drugs understudy.
