- 26 to 45 (—)

- Male
Inclusion Criteria
- •诊断为原发性早泄合并包皮过长，半年内未接受药物治疗、自愿参加研究的男性患者。
Exclusion Criteria
- •合并阴茎勃起功能障碍，心电图异常，血常规异常，凝血机制异常者。
Arms & Interventions
A 组
行包皮环切术时，在冠状沟水平，分离筋膜，在阴茎海绵体白膜外分离出全部背侧阴茎背神经部分分支，并全部切除所分离出背侧分支 1-2 厘米，止血后缝合切口，常规包扎，可吸收性缝线缝合切口。

包皮环切术
