Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Pain more than 3 months.
  • •Age 40\-60 years.
  • •Unilateral shoulder pain.
  • •Patients willing to sign the consent form

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Neurological conditions and multiple system disorder.
  • •Recent surgeries of shoulder less than 3 months.
  • •Inability to provide informed consent and/or complete the written questionnaire.
  • •Patients having hearing, speech and vision impairment.
  • •Subjects not willing to participate.
