Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Pain more than 3 months.
- •Age 40\-60 years.
- •Unilateral shoulder pain.
- •Patients willing to sign the consent form
Exclusion Criteria
- •Neurological conditions and multiple system disorder.
- •Recent surgeries of shoulder less than 3 months.
- •Inability to provide informed consent and/or complete the written questionnaire.
- •Patients having hearing, speech and vision impairment.
- •Subjects not willing to participate.
