1. Male obese subjects (BMI > 30 kg/m2) and healthy lean controls (BMI 20 > 25 kg/m2)
2. Age 20 – 50 years
Exclusion Criteria
1. Any chronic medical condition or use of any medication
2. Asthma and bronchospastic COPD
