Inclusion Criteria
1.All Gastrointestinal cancer patients who undergo curative surgery during the study period
2.Age:18 to 70 years
3.ECOG 0 - 2
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients undergoing non-curative resections
2.Cachexia or malnutrition attributable to any other chronic illness/medical condition
3.Patient with other synchronous malignancy other than GI cancers

Name Time Method 1.To assess the prevalence of malnutrition in patients undergoing Gastrointestinal Cancer Surgeries using CONUT and PG SGA scores <br/ ><br>2.To assess correlation of preoperative nutritional status on postoperative outcomes <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1.To assess the prevalence of malnutrition in patients undergoing Gastrointestinal Cancer Surgeries using CONUT and PG SGA scores on preoperative day and <br/ ><br>2.To assess correlation of preoperative nutritional status on postoperative outcomes over a period of 4 weeks and date to start the adjuvant therapy after discharge. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>
