Inclusion Criteria
Adults of age 18 - 65 years of either gender with American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) grade 1 or 2 scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal tube.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Anticipated difficult airway with BMI >30kg/m2.
2. Recent history of upper respiratory tract infection.

Name Time Method Comparison between glottic visualization using modified cormack lehane and POGO score during endotracheal intubation using CMAC as direct laryngoscope and video laryngoscope.Timepoint: At the end of laryngoscopy, just before intubation.

Name Time Method Comparison between intubation characteristics â?? first attempt success rate, number of attempts, ease of insertion, total insertion time and hemodynamic response to intubation.Timepoint: First attempt success rate - post intubation. <br/ ><br>Number of attempts- post intubation. <br/ ><br>Ease of insertion- post intubation . <br/ ><br>Total insertion time-post intubation. <br/ ><br>Hemodynamic response- baseline in pre operation room, 1 minute before laryngoscopy, 1 minute post intubation, 3 minute post intubation, 5 minute post intubation.
