-healthy patient
-bilateral mandibular premolar were indicated to extract prior the orthodontic treatment
-the premolar and periodontium must be absent from pathologies.
-contraindication for local anesthesia
-currently taking analgesic and psychiatric drug before the experiment -inability to self-pain assessment
-severe dental anxiety
-no history of received any treatment with local anesthesia
-the moderate to severe crowding premolar as well as complicated root figure shown from radiograph
