1) Healthy male participants aged from 18 to 25 years old will be screened using the pre-activity screening to confirm healthy status.
2) Having had participated in male badminton
3) Training 1-2 yea
Subjects will be excluded if they have one of the conditions as follow:
1) Needle phobia or allergy
2) Still have some joint or muscle dysfunction
3) History of heart disease and familial heart disease
4) Injury during the last 6 months
5) Are using hormone therapy at present and/or have a history of hormone therapy
6) Smoking and alcohol habit (in the past of two weeks)
