Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Elective left\-sided or right\-sided heart valve surgery, including aortic, mitral, tricuspid, and pulmonary valve replacement
- •2\. Over 18 years of age
- •3\. Able to understand and complete measurements
- •4\. Provide informed written consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Ischaemic heart disease before surgery
- •2\. Diseases in the musculoskeletal system
- •3\. Comorbidity complicating physical activity
- •4\. Expected to not cooperate in the trial instructions
