Brief Summary

As we see the number of patients with stomatitis increasing nowadays so this study will help the patients for better healing of stomatitis this study is a randomized open controlled trial to evaluate the efficacy of Babool Twak Kwath Gandush And Triphala Churna internally in the management of Pittaj Sarvasar with special reference to stomatitis as trial drug and Babool Twak Kwath Gandush And Haridrakhand internally as control drug trial and control drugs are used as Gandush and internal medicine used for 7 days and as per need after 7 days the patients is advised to come on 15th day for follow up 42 patients in each group will be studied study will be conducted in India outcome of the study will be assessed on better healing and deduction of signs and symptoms of Pittaj Sarvasar with special reference to stomatitis

Inclusion Criteria

Patient Having diagnose with Pittaj Sarvasar Patients With Aphthous Stomatitis Minor Patients With Traumatic Stomatitis Bacterial Stomatitis Burn Injuries Drug Allergy Stomatitis Patients Irrespective Of Gender Religion Occupation Socio Economic Status Educational Status Marital Status Caste Will Be Selected Randomly For The Study.

Exclusion Criteria

Traumatic Injury Of Mouth Jagged Teeth Dental Procedural Trauma Patients Duration Of Course Suffering From Any Systemic Illness Which Interfere The Of Duration Course DM Asthma HIV AIDS Viral Disease For Example Herpes Zoster Bacterial Syphilis Fungal Cases Of Carcinoma On Treatment Of Radiotherapy And Chemotherapy Patients With Addiction Habits Such As Chewing Tobacco Pan Masala Alcohol Consumption Patients With Recent History Of Use Of Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs.
