(1) Patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopic surgery in general anesthesia.<br>(2) Age 18-80, male or female.<br>(3) ASA grade I to III.
(1) BMI>35 kg/m2.<br>(2) Abnormal coagulation function.<br>(3) Puncture site infection or ruption.<br>(4) Local anesthetic allergy.<br>(5) Abnormal renal and liver function.<br>(6) Chronic use of opioids.<br>(7) There were neurological deficits and peripheral neuropathy before operation.<br>(8) Cognitive impairment.<br>(9) Decline to participate in the study
