Inclusion Criteria
1. Age 60-80 years
2. Scheduled for elective craniotomy
3. ASA 2-3
4. expected duration of surgery more than 2 hours
Exclusion Criteria
1. permanent cardiac arrhythmia
2. severe cardiac disease ie. LVEF< 30%, moderate to severe AR or AS
3. BMI > 35 kg/m2
4. patients who are receiving vasopressor therapy before surgery
