- •1)Age: 40-70 years
- •2)ASA GRADE: patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status (ASA-PS) 3 and 4
- •3)Patients undergoing OPCAB surgery
排除标准
- •1. PATIENT refusal
- •2. Patient with severe pulmonary, hepatic or renal diseases
- •3. Allergy to any of the drugs used in the study
- •4. Patients with pre-existing peripheral neuropathies
- •5. Pre-existing infection or lesion at block site
