Inclusion Criteria
Patients diagnosed to have sepsis requiring norepinephrine for blood pressure maintenance
Exclusion Criteria
Known case of cardiac dysfunction, diabetes, on steroid therapy prior to illness, received etomidate, on vasopressors for more than 24 h before ICU admission
