Inclusion Criteria
Patient with primary osteoarthritis of knee according to ACR criteria and age over 50 years old, which fail oral pain medication or contraindicated.
Exclusion Criteria
Contraindicated for intraarticular steroid injection, infection, bleeding diathesis.
Previous intraarticular steroid injection in previous 3 months
Secondary osteoarthritis of knee
Patient who takes systemic steroid
Knee with prosthesis
Patient with schedules for TKA in 3 months from randomization
