Inclusion Criteria
The selection criteria for this study is as follows.
1) A woman aged between 40 and 59 years old.
2) A voluntary participant who has agreed to fully understand this purpose and faithfully devote herself to the research.
3) Someone who can communicate and express did psychological and physical changes.
4) Someone who don't suffer from rhinitis, asthma, allergy, etc . affect inhalation of aroma essential oil.
Exclusion Criteria
The exclusion criteria for this study is as follows
1) Someone who to take antidepressant drug or sleeping pill.
2) Someone who is currently being treated for physical and mental illness.
