1. Male or female, over 20 years old.
2. Those who have no allergic reaction to essential oils.
3. Those who have no aversion to fragrance.
4. Those with clear consciousness and no cognitive impairment and mental disorders.
5. Those who are willing to participate in this experimental research.
1. Have cardiovascular disease (such as: heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, fava bean disease or other diseases).
2. Those with respiratory diseases (such as: cold, wheezing, allergies or abnormal sense of smell).
3. Those who take drugs.
4. Women who are pregnant and breastfeeding.
5. Those who are allergic to essential oils.
