Inclusion Criteria
Patients who are at least 18 years old and have been identified as having an incurable chronic illness, severe dementia, advanced cancer, or bedridden patients.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with incomplete of important data
Patients who presented with cardiac arrest
Traumatic patients
Patient with tracheotomy or intubation
