简要总结

Occupational stress and anxiety are highly prevalent among nursing officers and may adversely affect psychological well-being and professional performance. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, is an evidence-based intervention focusing on mindfulness meditation, body awareness, and stress coping strategies.

This mixed-method study aims to assess the effectiveness of an 8-week MBSR programme on reducing perceived stress, anxiety, and identified stressors among 120 nursing officers in selected hospitals. Quantitative measures will be used to assess pre- and post-intervention outcomes, and qualitative feedback will explore participant satisfaction and experience. The results may contribute to evidence supporting mindfulness-based interventions for occupational stress management in healthcare settings.
