Inclusion Criteria
Adult inclusion criteria (18 - 59 years); both sexes; with a BMI equal to or greater than 35 kg / m2; submitted to the Roux-en-Y gastric bypass; without immediate surgical complications; who signed the TCLE
Exclusion Criteria
Patients submitted to other surgical techniques; patients who are undergoing reoperation or correction; patients who used antibiotics during the study period or who did not make adequate use of the placebo / probiotic

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The group of individuals supplemented daily with probiotics for 12 weeks will present improvement in quality of life and symptoms<br>with bacterial overgrowth and fecal excretion of fats. In addition, it will present a more significant<br>than the placebo group in relation to the metabolic variables, inflammatory profile, <br>behavior and food addiction.

Name Time Method Individuals with a diet rich in polysaccharides and low in lipids will present better results in the analyzed variables;Individuals in the intervention group with probiotics will present a better late-feeding behavior profile, presenting lower consumption of vicious foods
