入选标准
- •1.ASA physical status grade I and II
- •2.Patients of either sex
- •3.18 â?? 65 years of age
- •4.BMI â?? 18.5 â?? 30
- •5.Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia (1-2 hours duration)
排除标准
- •1.Restricted mouth opening ( < 2.5cm)
- •2.Mallampati Grade (MPG) III/IV
- •3.Patients with airway morbidities (Respiratory tract infections, COPD etc)
- •4.Patients with BMI >30
- •5.Patients with risk of gastric aspiration (non-fasted, GERD)
- •6.Pregnant patients
- •7.Patient refusal
