• Professional activity as an interpreter for refugees
• Professional activity as an interpreter for the German language
Refugees:
• Age of at least 18 years
• Sufficient knowledge of German to understand the study information, clarification and answering the questionnaires
• Arrival as a refugee in Germany between 2014 and 2021
• Experience of interpreter support.

Name Time Method - Sociodemographic data of the interpreters (age, gender, place of residence, country of origin, mother tongue, languages ??spoken, refugee experience, psychotherapy experience)<br>- Degree of secondary traumatization and secondary traumatic stress measured by STSS and ProQOL5<br>- Compassion at work measured by ProQOL5<br>- Extent of burnout symptoms measured by ProQOL5<br>- Degree of resilience measured by CD RISC.
