Overview
Brief Summary
Psychological tests, amyloid PET, MRI tests, and biochemical tests were performed on 40 registered subjects (25 males, 15 females, average age 74 years (65-83 years)). There were 3 preclinical ADs, 12 MCIs (7 early MCIs and 5 late MCIs), and 25 healthy individuals. These subjects were followed up every 12 months for up to 36 months.
