We investigate the Asperger Syndrome, it's a pervasive developmental condition related to autism. It manifests in highly individual ways and can have both positive and negative effects on a person. It is recognized by the medical community as one of five neurobiological pervasive developmental disorders (PDD) considered to be part of the autistic spectrum. It is typically characterized by issues with social and communication skills.

Inclusion Criteria

*Signature of the approval by the patient or by the person who represents the parental authority for minors.
*The diagnosis of Asperger syndrome
*The age of subjects (women or men) between 16 and 45 years old
*To be affiliate to the social security

Exclusion Criteria

*Presence of previous symptom of schizophrenia
*Presence of neurological desease
*Presence of epileptic crisis
*Presence of pregnancy, or breast-feeding women
*Taking anesthetics or medicamentation
*To be in the exclusion periode of another study
