入排标准
入选标准
- •Inclusion Criteria:
- •1\.Age between 18 and 35
- •2\.19\-29 weeks of gestation (2nd trimester)
- •3\.Under prenatal clinical follow\-up
- •4\.Clearance given by gynecologist to participate in exercise program
- •5\.Having nonspecific mechanical low back pain started in pregnancy
- •6\.Being able to perform functional activities, and can follow the instructions in a normal manner.
- •7\.Signing informed consent for study participation.
排除标准
- •Exclusion Criteria:
- •1\.Inability to perform the proposed tests
- •2\.Showing any condition that indicated a high\-risk pregnancy, red flags (e.G.: Tumor, infection)
- •3\.Has not taken any structural training program for LBP
- •4\.Suffering from pedal oedema, any complications of pregnancy (like pre\-eclamsia, gestational diabetes), any musculoskeletal, psychological, neurological pathology.
