- CO = 10 ppm
- FTND = 3
- non-usage of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) and e-cigarettes
- no pharmacological or psychotherapeutic smoking cessation intervention
- non-usage NRT, e-cigarettes and other smoking cessation interventions during study participation
- severe neurological disorder (Parkinson, mulitple sclerosis)
- severe psychiatric disorder (e.g. bipolar disorder, schizophrenia)
- Acute Suicidality
- Substance dependence (except tobacco) within the last 12 months
- pregnancy or nursing
- insuffucient knowledge of German language

Name Time Method Clinical Outcome:<br>Reduction of daily cigarette consumption from pre to post (Interval:4 Wochen).<br>Process:<br>Improvement of inhibition/self-control from pre to post (interval: 4 weeks). Both general and disorder-specific inhibition will be used.<br>
