Inclusion Criteria
- •patients with pupil diameter \> 6mm during preoperative evaluation
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pseudoexfoliation, rigid pupil, senile miosis, past history of uveitis, ocular trauma, known allergy to any component of medicines used, glaucoma, corneal opacities, diabetes mellitus, drug intake like tamsulosin, complications during surgery \- iris trauma, vitreous loss
