Inclusion Criteria

First diagnosis of neovascular AMD from 01.01.2016
- written consent of the patient
- male and female patients older than 50 years
- diagnosis of unilateral CNV in AMD
- there is an early form of AMD at the study eye at the time of inclusion

Exclusion Criteria

- first diagnosis of unilateral neovascular AMD before 01.01.2016
- bilateral late form of the AMD
- eye diseases such as glaucoma, diabetes, high myopia, CNV of other causes and macular edema of other causes
- lack of suitability for the study procedures
- pregnancy
