- •1 Healthy individuals in age group between 18-50 years
- •2 Individuals who have not consumed caffeine in last 10-12 hours (in the form of tea/coffee/dark chocolate).
排除标准
- •1 Patients with any ocular pathology and infection.
- •2 Patients who has undergone cataract surgery or LASIK or any other.
- •3 Patients who have already consumed tea/coffee/dark chocolate ie items containing high caffeine in last 10-12 hours prior to the test.
- •4 Patients having any underlying disease or health issues
