- Patients who understand the purpose of study and voluntarily agreed to participate the study
- Patients underwent low anterior resection or ileostomy closure with rectal cancer stage ?- ?
- Patients with american society of anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification?, ?, ?
- Patients who have permanent ostomy (ileo-, sigmoido-, colo-)
- Patients with a history of pelvic surgery
- Patients with rectal cancer and other cancers
- Patients who are participating in similar programs
- Patients with psychiatric history or current psychiatric medication
