Individuals over 18 years of age with anxiety and / or VAS complaints for anxiety greater than 4.

Exclusion Criteria

Individuals who perform some drug treatment for anxiety and pregnant women.

Primary Outcome Measures

Reduction of symptoms related to anxiety in the 4-week period using acupuncture and phytotherapy, verified by the IDATE and VAS questionnaire, based on the observation of a variation of at least 30% in the pre and post-intervention measures.
