Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged 16 yrs to 60 yrs belonging to either sex, male/ female.
Patients with Pratyatmak lakshana (classical sign and symptoms) of Gridhrasi, both Vataj and Vata-Kaphaja types of Gridhrasi.
Straight Leg Rising (SLR) Test being positive.
Exclusion Criteria
Congenital abnormalities in lumbar spine.
Patients with history of fracture of vertebrae, disc prolapse, severe Lumbar canal stenosis, deformity of spine, infective disorder of spine.
Patients with other systemic disorders like Diabetes, CA spine, Caries spine, Tuberculosis of spine.
Surgical indication.
