Inclusion Criteria
Sufficient cognitive and language skills in order to understand the content of the questionnaires, a written informed consent of the patient after detailed information about the study, body weight of 50-120 kg.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients, who refuse to participate in the study or do not sign the informed consent, patients with cognitive impairments or language barriers, who are not able to understand the content of the questionnaires.

Name Time Method Survey of the symptom burden according to the 10 most common symptoms in patients with head and neck cancer. Analysis of the quality of life (German version of the University of Washington Quality of Life Questionnaire (UW-QOL)) in head and neck tumour patients.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Detection of clinical, therapeutic and sociodemographic influencing factors. Palliative supply requirements according to the overall-score of the MIDOS(2)-questionnaire. Correlation between stage of disease and palliative care needs.
