Inclusion Criteria
1.Adult tribal caregivers of PMI attending OPD of Sanker hospital and Mimhans Shillong psychiatric OPD for the first time
2.Aged >18 years who can comprehend questions
3.Male and Female caregivers
4.Willing to give consent
Exclusion Criteria
1.Non-tribal caregivers
2.Those who cannot understand Khasi and English
3.Care givers reporting mental health disorders
