Inclusion Criteria

Only patients diagnosed with schizophrenia disorder
Moreover, only patients with the ability to read, and write were included in the study
Patients were taken from all marital and socio-economic statuses.

Exclusion Criteria

Participants with severe functional impairment, currently availing any in-patient facility or having availed any in-patient treatment facility in the past, were excluded.
Patients with a history of multiple episodes, and those having a duration of untreated illness of more than 12 months, were also excluded from the study.
Moreover, participants with medical and psychiatric comorbidity or any other physical/intellectual disability were also excluded.
