Inclusion Criteria
Healthy without current pain in the lower back region
Exclusion Criteria
- Acute LBP-episode in the last 3 months and/or history of chronic LBP (pain lasting for more than 3 months)
- Pathologies, diseases, comorbidities, injuries, surgeries, painful conditions
- Any prior surgical interventions of the spine
- Known current pregnancy or breastfeeding mothers
- Obesity (BMI = 30kg/m2)
- Inability to give consent
- Insufficient knowledge of German language

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The following two parameters will be assessed before and after the intervention:<br>1) Sagittal plane lumbar spine angle during object lifting, quantified with the strain gauge-based Epionics SPINE sytem.<br>2) Whole-body lifting strategy during object lifting, quantified with the Stoop-Squat-Index derived from lateral-view video recordings.

Name Time Method Total and single item scores of the Back Pain Attitudes Questionnaire (Back-PAQ), assessed before and after the intervention.
