Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients who have unilateral distal radius closed fracture.
- •2. Age above 18 years old
- •3. Can read and written inform and consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Bleeding disorder or coagulopathy
- •2. Unable to tolerant for local anesthesia
- •3. Unable to complete questionnaire
- •4. Allergy to lidocaine
- •5. Other bone fracture
