Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who have unilateral distal radius closed fracture.
- •2\. Age above 18 years old
- •3\. Can read and written inform and consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Bleeding disorder or coagulopathy
- •2\. Unable to tolerant for local anesthesia
- •3\. Unable to complete questionnaire
- •4\. Allergy to lidocaine
- •5\. Other bone fracture
