Patients who are scheduled to perform free flap surgery under general anesthesia
Patients 18 years or older or patients under 80 years old
Patients diagnosed with diabetes
Patients who agree to participate in this clinical study
Patients who do not agree to participate in the study
Patients with ASA physical status IV and above
Patients who diagnosed with chronic renal failure
Patients with peripheral vascular disease or hyperlipidemia
Patients who are used vasopressors or inotropics for preoperative hemodynamic stability
Condtraindication of epidural anesthesia such as usage of asprin or warfarin and coagulopathy
Patients who considered by researchers to be inappropriate
