1.Patients of all sexes.
2.Patients 18-60 years of age
3.Patients of obesity Class I having BMI =30 and = 35kg/m2
4. Nutritional Obesity
1.Pregnant and lactating women
2.Patients having active psychiatric illness and patients with problem of comprehension.
3.Patients with hypertension.
4.Known cases of IHD
5. Known cases of other uncontrolled co-morbid conditions.
6.Known cases of Bronchial Asthma.
7.Patients with physical disabilities.
8.Patients with injuries or wounds on the body.
9.Clinical or laboratory finding of dehydration or electrolyte imbalance.
10. Patients with Cushing’s syndrome.
11. Known cases of Hypothyroidism.
12. Drug induced obesity.
13. Febrile conditions.
14. Patients with PCOD
